    In October 2002, the Partnership acquired a new Grade A three storey office building of circa 36,000 sq. ft. for a total acquisition cost of £15.9m.

    In January 2004, the Partnership forward funded the development of a new retail warehouse of circa 108,000 sq. ft., well located close to the Meadow Hall Shopping Centre and Retail Park in Sheffield for a total acquisition price of £24m.

    In December 2004, the Partnership acquired the UK office headquarters of Eagle Star Insurance Company Ltd, situated on the outskirts of Cheltenham.

    In September 2006, the Partnership acquired a portfolio of three hotels within the UK regional mid-market sector – Birmingham, Gatwick and Hatfield – for a total acquisition price of £73.1m.

    In March 2007, the Partnership acquired a five star hotel located in a prime Glasgow city centre location for a total acquisition price of £68m.
