The Property
The Radisson SAS hotel is located on Argyle Street, close to the main shopping and business districts.
Opened in November 2002, it was named Glasgow Hotel of the Year in 2004, won Hotel of the Year 2005 at the Scottish Thistle Awards and was awarded 5 star status in June 2005.
The hotel offers 250 stylish guest bedrooms and a range of conference and event rooms. With two restaurants and two bars, it also offers a Health Club with 15m indoor swimming pool, fitness facilities and spa treatments.
Investment Structure
The property was acquired through an SPV company, maximising the tax efficiency of the acquisition.
