Our Investment Opportunities
SI sponsors, promotes and operates investor-ready commercial property investment opportunities. These are structured as property limited partnerships (PLPs). UK SIPPs and SASSs can invest in PLPs; they’re also suitable as stand-alone investments for individuals, companies and charities.
Identifying the opportunities
Working with our experienced network of property professionals and advisers, we seek out opportunities that present a robust investment case. Our objective is simple – to identify opportunities with the potential for superior returns.
It’s what we call a good investment ‘story’, and we move very quickly indeed to secure those properties when they become available.

SI is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, and has been since 2002.
